How it works

Two things. Different starting points.

FlowPilot works across two lanes — custom systems built around your workflow, and our own operational platforms. How each one starts is a bit different.

Custom Systems

Start with a conversation

Every custom system engagement starts with a free conversation about the business, the workflow and what is not working. No paid review before we talk. No obligation.

01

Free conversation

We talk through the workflow, where information is getting lost and what a proper system needs to do. This does not cost anything.

02

Scoping

If there is a clear fit, we scope what needs to be built, what it connects to and what the first version should include. For larger or more complex builds, this may involve a structured planning phase.

03

Fixed-price build

We agree a fixed price before anything starts. Build pricing depends on scope, integrations, workflows and support needs.

04

Support

We improve the system with the team once it is live. Ongoing support is available as the business grows.

FlowPilot Products

Platforms priced around your situation

For our own platforms, pricing depends on business size, number of users, rollout needs and any integrations involved. The best starting point is a conversation.

Live NowFlowPilot Civil

Commercial control platform for civil contractors. Job costing, variations, progress claims, Xero integration and director reporting. Pricing is discussed based on active jobs, users and rollout scope.

In DevelopmentConsultant and Superintendent Platform

Project control platform for consultants and superintendent teams. Currently in development. Register interest to stay informed.

The cost of staying on spreadsheets

For any business managing serious operational complexity on spreadsheets and disconnected tools, the cost of doing nothing usually exceeds the cost of building a proper system. The question is rarely whether to fix it. It is when.
