Matt spent years in civil construction project management, working directly within the commercial pressures of live projects: cost movement, changing scope, delayed visibility and heavy reliance on spreadsheets. FlowPilot was built to address that gap, creating practical systems that give businesses clearer control over what is actually happening.
Before founding FlowPilot, Matt worked across civil construction projects in Melbourne, gaining firsthand experience of the gap between what teams need to manage a business commercially and what existing tools actually provide.
While FlowPilot started in civil construction, the same operational challenges exist across construction, trade and project-based businesses. The approach applies wherever the problem exists.
