Matt spent years in civil construction project management, working directly within the commercial pressures of live projects — cost movement, changing scope, delayed visibility, and heavy reliance on spreadsheets. FlowPilot Systems was built to solve that gap, creating a single system that gives teams clearer control over the true financial position of a job.
Before founding FlowPilot, Matt worked across civil construction projects in Melbourne, gaining firsthand experience of the gap between what project teams need to manage a job commercially and what existing tools actually provide.
While FlowPilot began in civil construction, the same operational challenges exist across many industries — and the same system approach applies.
